Order & account info: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional), order history.
Photos & content: images you upload for custom products, and any notes or revision feedback you send us.
Payment info: payment-card details are handled directly by Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage & device info: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referrer URL, and similar analytics data.

How We Use Your Information

To process orders, send previews, and ship products.
To respond to customer support requests and revision feedback.

Third-Party Services We Use

We share data with the following service providers strictly to operate the business:

Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
Vercel & Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security.
Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) — order fulfillment.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
