These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pawprintify website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By placing an order or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Orders & Custom Products

Pawprintify products are made-to-order based on photos and details you provide. Once you approve the digital preview we send you within 24 hours of your order, production begins and your order cannot be cancelled or modified.

You represent that any photo or content you upload (a) is yours, or you have the right to use it, and (b) does not infringe the rights of any third party. You grant Pawprintify a non-exclusive license to use that content solely to fulfill your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and, in the event of such error after an order is placed, to contact you for instructions or to cancel the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated arrival times are provided on our Shipping Information page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

Our Satisfaction Guarantee covers design quality, print quality, and craftsmanship. Because every order is custom made, we do not accept generic returns for change of mind. Issues caused by incorrect size selection or shipping information you provided are not covered.

6. Intellectual Property

The Pawprintify name, logo, designs, illustrations, and all other content we create remain the property of Pawprintify. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially use our designs or content without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harmful, or that depicts violence or sexual content. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawprintify's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
